We want you to love your 3INA products, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure products are unopened and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Products

  Carefully place the unused makeup items in their original boxes and secure them in a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
